Kim visited the young female singer Yanah in September 2003 during a press conference in Belgium where she was handed over the single CD of the song “The Girl in the Picture” by Eric Geurts.
Yanah sang a deeply touching version of “The Girl in the Picture” for Kim, accompanied by a band including Eric on guitar.
Speaking about her mission, Kim explained the crucial role of the Kim Foundation International in healing children of war not only thru timely and continuous social care but also by helping them understand the importance of forgiveness and love.
